Theatre in Atina: Pirandello’s *Il berretto a sonagli* on stage at the Palazzo Ducale

The Theatre Workshop presents an unmissable event celebrating great theatre: “The Rattling Cap” by Luigi Pirandello, on stage on 28 and 29 June 2025 at 8.30 pm against the picturesque backdrop of the Ducal Palace of Atina. Admission is free.

Directed by Annamaria Vassalli and with the assistance of the director Angela Maria Nardone, the company brings to the stage one of the Sicilian playwright’s most famous and scathing plays, which, with irony and bitterness, lays bare the hypocrisies of society and the contradictions of the human soul.
